Awards for top young journalists

On 10th March, young journalists came together at BBC's Headquarters. To celebrate the winners of this years BBC young reporter competition. The competition was judged by the BBC's top editors, journalists and reporters including Huw Edwards, Ricky Boleto, Mim Shaikh, Katie Thistleton and Alex Jones. One of the gold winners was Keziah her story recognised the amount of books by black authors on the school curriculum. One of the silver awards was awarded to Zoe for her story about living with dwarfism. Callum won one of the bronze awards, focused on his stutter and how he is helping people who have one. Someone who has stutter means it's harder for them to say certain things.
Utrecht, The Netherlands

City to build giant pedestrian area

Utrecht, a city in the Netherlands is going to make a car free area just for pedestrians and cyclists. Over 6,000 houses will be built and the residents will share cars instead of wasting energy. The area will have 300 cars and lots of bicycles. Building should start in 2022.
